It was in 1895 when Light lager was originally brewed in Munich. Since that day the technology of brewing did not change: bottom-fermenting provides less hop flavor with mild malty aftertaste to the beer, a hint of bitterness and light straw to medium yellow color. Light lager with 4,6% of alcohol contents reveals its flavors only if served cold.
